Every plan includes all of Vedetta: authoring and publishing methodologies, importing and exporting method packs, project sites with folders, starting documents and project lists, updates and email support. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
Expert method packs are separate. Experts sell them in their own stores at their own prices, or give them away. Vedetta sells only the annual software licence and takes no cut of pack sales. You can also build your own methodology.
How buying works
- Your IT installs Vedetta, and a site owner runs Set up. The 30-day free trial starts then.
- When you're ready, a site owner chooses Buy a licence in Vedetta's Settings. Our checkout opens with your organisation already identified.
- Choose card payment or Pay by invoice. Invoices have 30-day payment terms and an optional PO number.
- Your licence key arrives by email. Invoice buyers receive a key right away, then a full-year key once the invoice is paid. A site owner opens the activation link and confirms in Vedetta.
Questions
Is there a charge per user?
No. The licence covers everyone in your organisation.
What happens when a licence ends?
Vedetta keeps working for 30 days and shows a reminder. After that, writing methodologies and starting new projects pause until the licence is renewed. Your methodologies, templates and project sites are never locked.
Does it renew by itself?
Yes, every year. A new key arrives by email once the annual invoice is paid. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time; the licence then runs to the end of the year you paid for.
