Terms
The Vedetta licence.
1. The parties
These terms are between Vedetta, [company name, CVR number and address], Denmark (“we”), and the organisation that installs or buys Vedetta (“you”).
2. What Vedetta is
Vedetta is a SharePoint Framework app that runs in your Microsoft 365. It keeps your project methodologies on a SharePoint site you choose and creates SharePoint project sites from them. It runs with each person's own permissions and sends no data to us.
3. Your licence
While a licence is in force, you may use Vedetta in one Microsoft 365 organisation, identified by its organisation ID, with unlimited users. The licence isn't exclusive and can't be transferred. Each licence key names your organisation, its organisation ID and the period it covers.
4. The free trial
Set up starts a free trial of 30 days, with the full product. It needs no payment details and ends by itself.
5. Plans, fees and payment
You choose the plan that matches the size of your organisation when you buy, and move to the matching plan at renewal if your organisation grows. Fees are per year, in advance, as shown at checkout, excluding VAT where it applies. You pay by card online, or choose Pay by invoice with 30-day payment terms. The invoice shows the available payment options. For a new invoice subscription, a short licence key runs through the due date; the usual 30-day grace follows. The full-period key is sent after payment. Unpaid renewal invoices do not receive another short key.
6. Renewal and cancellation
A licence renews every year until cancelled. A new licence key is sent once the annual invoice is paid. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the licence then runs to the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund periods already paid for, except where the law requires it.
7. When a licence ends
For 30 days after a licence ends, Vedetta keeps working and shows a reminder. After that, writing methodologies and starting new projects pause until a licence is renewed. Your methodologies, templates and project sites always remain yours and readable.
8. Your data
Everything Vedetta works with stays in your Microsoft 365. We have no access to it and don't process it. What we process when you buy is described in the privacy policy.
9. Method packs
The Vedetta licence covers the software, not expert method packs. Experts sell their packs in their own stores as a one-time purchase, or give them away. They set the price and terms, deliver the file and handle pack refunds; Vedetta does not sell packs or take a cut of their sales.
A methodology you import becomes an editable draft in your SharePoint. You can adapt it for your organisation, subject to the expert's content terms. Importing it does not transfer the expert's copyright or give you permission to resell it. An expert demo may contain only an approved sample, not the full pack.
10. Updates and support
New versions are offered through the SharePoint Store and as package files; your administrator decides when to install them. We give support by email on working days.
11. Warranty and liability
Vedetta is provided as it is, and we don't guarantee that it will be free of errors. [Liability cap: for example, the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Exclusion of indirect loss.]
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the courts of [Copenhagen].
13. Changes
We may change these terms for future licence periods and will tell your billing contact at least 30 days in advance. Version: [date].
